Susan Zimmer is a National bestselling Author specializing in coffee. For 20+ plus years, coffee has always been a part of the banquet of her life. She inherited her coffee culinary vision in European restaurant kitchens from her chef relative’s. Her Grandmother started up the Gasthaus “Wolfsklause” in Southern Germany/1945, where she spent much of her childhood – tasting her first frappé and “Eiskaffee” (German for Iced Coffee) in 1969.Since 1986, Zimmer has worked in an award-winning coffee sales career for world-leading coffee & beverage manufacturers; imported & distributed specialty coffee/espresso/cappuccino machines; spearheaded incremental Iced Cappuccino sales for Retail and Foodservice markets; and created/customized coffee menu programs for Restaurant clients.
